Keith Berube, LMHC
Having the opportunity to meet and help so many different people is such a unique and rewarding experience. I have worked in the human service/mental health field for over 12 years, and have a great deal of experience working with children and families, as well as adults. Over the years, I've specialized in working with children and adults who have been diagnosed with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as helping people overcome their challenges, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and negative patterns of behavior.
The therapeutic process is something that can be beneficial to everyone, no matter where they find themselves in their lives. Building a therapeutic relationship that is safe, trusting, and meets the individual where they are now is crucial to our success. This is the primary goal from our first session.
I view therapy as an opportunity to offer guidance and assistance to other people from a respectful and non-judgmental perspective. If you would like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
